Terms and Conditions

This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") establishes the rights and obligations between users and f5 Group Ltd, a company incorporated in the Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis, United Arab Emirates (Registration No. 01010914), including but not limited to services provided through f5 Group Ltd's websites, applications, and affiliated platforms. This Agreement has the effect of a contract and applies to all your activities on the f5 Group Ltd platform.

By accessing and/or using this website or any services provided by f5 Group Ltd, the user accepts and agrees to all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please stop using the services provided by f5 Group Ltd. If you purchase any product provided by f5 Group Ltd, you shall agree to the service agreement of that product as well.

f5 Group Ltd reserves the right to change or modify the terms of this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. Users should periodically review this Agreement for the latest changes. Once the modified agreement is published, it will effectively replace the original agreement (unless the effective time is otherwise prescribed). If users continue to use f5 Group Ltd services after the release of this Agreement and its modification, it means that you accept and agree to the modification.

1. Service Content

f5 Group Ltd uses its own systems to provide services and products. In this regard:

1.1 Hashpower Leasing

f5 Group Ltd offers hashpower leasing services, where users can purchase a portion of f5 Group Ltd's mining capacity for a specified period. This service allows users to mine cryptocurrencies by leveraging f5 Group Ltd's infrastructure.

1.2 Flexible Contracts

Users can select from various contract options that differ based on hashpower amount, duration, and cryptocurrency to be mined. These options are designed to accommodate both novice miners and experienced users who seek scalable solutions.

1.3 Real-time Dashboard

f5 Group Ltd's service includes a user-friendly dashboard for tracking mining performance. Users can monitor hashrate statistics, mining yields, and contract durations in real-time.

1.4 Risk Acknowledgment

The nature of cryptocurrency mining involves inherent risks, including the potential loss of initial investment. Market volatility and other external factors can impact mining profitability. f5 Group Ltd urges users to carefully assess these risks before committing to a purchase and/or lease. By using f5 Group Ltd's Services, users acknowledge and accept these conditions and agree to make informed decisions based on the users' own research and consultation with appropriate advisors.

1.5 No Financial Services

f5 Group Ltd does not offer any form of financial services or advice. The services f5 Group Ltd provides are strictly related to the technical aspects of hashpower allocation and cryptocurrency mining. f5 Group Ltd does not:

  • (a) offer any guarantees of financial return or profitability from the users' purchase of hashpower or mining activities;

  • (b) provide advice on investment strategies, cryptocurrency trading, or asset management (decisions regarding engagement with f5 Group Ltd's services should be made independently or after consulting with a qualified financial advisor); or

  • (c) assume responsibility for changes in cryptocurrency market conditions, including fluctuating coin values, mining difficulty, or regulatory changes that may affect mining operations.

2. Provision, Modification, and Termination of Services

2.1 While accepting the f5 Group Ltd services, the user agrees to accept all kinds of information services provided by f5 Group Ltd. The user hereby authorizes f5 Group Ltd to send business information to his/her email, mobile phone, mailing address, etc. Users can enter the f5 Group Ltd related page to change the user profile.

2.2 Users that have any objection to the modification of this Agreement, or are dissatisfied with the service of f5 Group Ltd, can exercise the following rights: (1) Stop the usage of f5 Group Ltd network service; (2) Inform f5 Group Ltd to stop its service through customer service channels. Upon termination of the service, the user's right to use the f5 Group Ltd Network Service is immediately terminated. In this case, f5 Group Ltd is not obligated to transmit any unprocessed information or unfinished services to the User or any third party that is not directly related.

2.3 Once the user buys the product and service on the platform, f5 Group Ltd has the right to refuse the refund for their own reasons.

3. User Registration

3.1 You hereby represent and warrant to f5 Group Ltd as follows, which representations and warranties will be deemed repeated each time you use the services provided by f5 Group Ltd:

  • (a) if you are a natural person: you are at least 18 years old of age and have full civil capacity;

  • (b) if you are an entity: you are duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the jurisdiction of your organization or incorporation and, if relevant under such laws, in good standing;

  • (c) your use of the services provided by f5 Group Ltd complies with the applicable laws and regulations in your country/region, and your use of the services provided by f5 Group Ltd does not violate your obligations to any third party; and

  • (d) you have the requisite power to use the services provided by f5 Group Ltd and perform your corresponding obligations, and the Agreement and the corresponding purchase order(s) are valid and binding on you.

3.2 For the registration data provided by the user, the user agrees to:

  • (a) provide legal, true, accurate and detailed personal or entity's information;

  • (b) update the user information in time if there is any change. If the registration information provided by the user is illegal, untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, the user shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences, and f5 Group Ltd reserves the right to terminate the usage of f5 Group Ltd services;

  • (c) unless obtained express written consent from f5 Group Ltd, you shall only register for one account at f5 Group Ltd.

3.3 For compliance purposes such as KYC (Know Your Client) and/or anti-money laundering in accordance with UAE regulations, f5 Group Ltd reserves the right to request you to provide your PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and/or financial information.

3.4 You will be required to enter your username and password when using certain features of the services provided by f5 Group Ltd. If you are unable to access your account for reasons such as you forget the password, f5 Group Ltd reserves the right to request specific information from you, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of residence, telephone number or email proof and any identifiable activity information on the website, such as transaction ID, order number, withdrawal information, etc. However, you hereby agree that you will not share your username and/or password with any third party or allow any third party to access your account. f5 Group Ltd is not responsible for any consequences and losses caused by your improper use of your account and/or password or any third party's use of your account and/or password. If you believe that your username and/or password are known to any third party or that your account has been accessed by any third party, you should notify f5 Group Ltd immediately.

4. Information Confidentiality

4.1 User information referred to in this Agreement refers to information that complies with laws, regulations and relevant rules and meets the following scope:

  • (a) personal information provided to f5 Group Ltd during user registration;

  • (b) user's browser or mobile application client data, including but not limited to IP address, website, information in the cookie and the web page request records that are automatically received and recorded by f5 Group Ltd when using f5 Group Ltd service and participating in website activities or visiting website pages;

  • (c) the personal information of the user legally obtained by f5 Group Ltd from business partners; and

  • (d) the personal information of the user obtained by f5 Group Ltd through other legal channels.

4.2 f5 Group Ltd commits that it will not disclose the user's password, name, mobile phone number, and other non-public information to any third party without legal reasons or prior permission from the user.

4.3 In the following statutory circumstances, the user's personal information will be disclosed in part or in full:

  • (a) disclosure to the user or other third party with the consent of the user;

  • (b) disclosure to administrative or judicial authorities or other legally required third parties in accordance with UAE laws, regulations and other relevant provisions or requests from governmental agencies; and

  • (c) other disclosures in accordance with relevant UAE laws, regulations and other regulations.

5. Risk Factors

Before purchasing any Service, you shall evaluate if the Service is suitable for your financial capabilities and risk preferences. By purchasing any Service provided by f5 Group Ltd, you acknowledge that you understand and accept all the risks associated with this Service. The risks listed in this Section are not exhaustive. These risks, and additional risks that may occur now or in the future, may prevent you from obtaining any gains, may cause you to suffer financial losses, and may even terminate the services we provide:

5.1 Use of any digital assets or related product and service carries potential financial, regulatory and other risks. Before using any digital asset or related products and services, you should confirm that you have sufficient knowledge and experience in the features and risks of blockchain technology, digital asset, and smart contracts. Your decision to participate in any digital asset activity and/or use of related services should be based on independent study and/or consultation with professionals as you deem necessary. f5 Group Ltd assumes that when you use the services provided by f5 Group Ltd, you are a professional who understands the digital asset industry and understands the risks of digital asset related products and services. This Agreement and any services provided by f5 Group Ltd should not be deemed as f5 Group Ltd's providing you with investment advice.

5.2 The value of any product or service provided by f5 Group Ltd and the value of any digital asset may be affected by many factors not controlled by f5 Group Ltd, including but not limited to mining difficulty and/or other changes in mining parameters/attributes, market price fluctuations in digital assets, hardware (such as mining machines) obsolescence and hardware amortization, etc.

5.3 Due to the nature of digital assets, the value of any digital asset may lose some or all of its value at any time. You are aware of the fact that the value of any digital asset can decrease rapidly (and even decrease to zero). f5 Group Ltd is not responsible for any and all losses caused by the market price fluctuations of any digital asset.

5.4 Digital asset transactions may take time to be confirmed. Although very unlikely, it does exist the situation when some digital asset transactions may never be confirmed, and unconfirmed digital asset transactions mean such transactions are not completed.

5.5 Digital asset transactions are irreversible: if you send any amount of digital assets to any person or digital asset wallet address in error, you may not be able to cancel the transaction or recover these funds.

5.6 f5 Group Ltd does not hold any funds for the users. If you wish to purchase products and services offered by the f5 Group Ltd platform, you may choose to pay for your orders directly using your digital assets and/or platform credits, if applicable.

5.7 If you lose or forget any PIN or password required to access and use the digital assets, the digital assets may be lost or unavailable to you.

5.8 Blockchain (or digital asset) technology may have unknown inherent technical defects.

5.9 Each country, including the UAE, may introduce and promulgate new laws, regulations, and policies that affect the use of digital assets.

5.10 f5 Group Ltd will maintain or upgrade the system periodically. You hereby confirm that you do not expect that your use of the Services provided by f5 Group Ltd is continuous, without any interruption. Unless otherwise expressly prescribed, f5 Group Ltd is not responsible for any and all losses caused by the suspension and interruption due to f5 Group Ltd's maintenance and upgrading of its system.

5.11 No authentication or computer security technology is 100% secure and safe. You agree to bear all risks related to hacking or identity theft.

5.12 You understand and agree that f5 Group Ltd reserves the right to post, modify, and/or provide information related to our service through the website, emails, customer service calls, SMS and other official channels. f5 Group Ltd is not responsible for information obtained through non-official channels of f5 Group Ltd. If you have any question related to the truthfulness of information sent in the name of f5 Group Ltd, please contact us immediately.

6. User Rights

6.1 User's username, password and security:

  • (a) The user has the right to choose whether to become a registered user of f5 Group Ltd. If the user chooses to become a registered user of f5 Group Ltd, he or she can create an account. The naming and usage of the account should comply with relevant laws and regulations and be ethical. The account must not contain any insults, threats, obscenities, hatred and other infringements of the legitimate rights and interests of others.

  • (b) Once the user has successfully registered and becomes a f5 Group Ltd registered user, he or she will get the account (mobile phone number or email address) and password and shall be responsible for all activities and events that occur after logging into the system with this account and the corresponding password. The user shall be liable for any legal liability that is directly or indirectly caused by the use of improper language and other actions of the account.

  • (c) If the password is lost, the user can reset the password by requiring a reset email sent to the registered email address.

6.2 The user has the right to participate in various online and offline activities provided by f5 Group Ltd.

6.3 The user has the right to get access to other types of services provided by f5 Group Ltd according to the f5 Group Ltd platform's rules.

6.4 f5 Group Ltd Commitment: after the purchase of f5 Group Ltd Service products, if f5 Group Ltd is unable to provide service due to the reason of the platform, an alternative solution shall be provided to users. Otherwise, f5 Group Ltd shall bear the loss caused by failing to provide the service and the amount of settlement shall be separately negotiated by both parties.

7. User Restrictions and Obligations

7.1 Users must not use this site to endanger national security, divulge national secrets, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of the state's social collectives and citizens, and may not use this site to produce, copy and disseminate information that:

  • (a) incites resistance and undermining of the Constitution and laws, and administration regulations;

  • (b) incites subversion of state power;

  • (c) incites secession and undermining of national unity;

  • (d) incites national hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining of national unity;

  • (e) fabricates or distorts facts, spreads rumors, or disturbs social order;

  • (f) promotes obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetment;

  • (g) blatantly insults others, fabricates facts, or other hostile behaviors;

  • (h) harms the credibility of state organs; or

  • (i) other violations of the UAE Constitution and laws and administrative regulations.

7.2 Users may not maliciously register f5 Group Ltd accounts by any means, including but not limited to multiple account registrations for the purpose of profiting, speculating, cashing, and gaining awards. Users should not steal other user accounts. If users violate the above provisions, f5 Group Ltd reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the services provided to Users and to take all necessary legal measures to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

7.3 The user is obliged to properly keep the f5 Group Ltd account and password, SMS verification code, Google verification code, and the user shall be fully responsible for the username and password, and Google Key Security. The user is responsible for any legal consequence caused by the user's username or password, Google Key leakage. The platform is not responsible for the loss of property caused by the user's own information leakage

7.4 It is forbidden for users to use f5 Group Ltd as a place, platform or medium for engaging in various illegal activities in any form. The User shall neither engage in any commercial activities in the name of f5 Group Ltd nor use the information/data on the Website without prior written authorization from f5 Group Ltd, and may not use f5 Group Ltd as a place, platform or medium for commercial activities in any form.

7.5 You agree to comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations, this Agreement and all rules and policies announced by f5 Group Ltd from time to time regarding the use of the Website and the services provided by f5 Group Ltd. You cannot use the f5 Group Ltd website and the services it provides in a manner that is prohibited by the laws and regulations applicable to you.

7.6 The taxable tax, and all hardware, software, service, or fees from other aspects while you are using this service, will be undertaken by yourself.

7.7 You agree and represent that you are using the services provided by f5 Group Ltd only for your own benefit and that you are not using the services provided by f5 Group Ltd on behalf of others or for the benefit of any third parties.

7.8 You agree to contact f5 Group Ltd immediately if you find or suspect any fraud or misconduct by any third party using the services provided by f5 Group Ltd.

7.9 You should not participate in any activities that may affect the services provided by f5 Group Ltd and/or the security of the Website.

7.10 You shall not use any method (such as Proxy, Tor, VPN, etc.) to block your Internet traffic and IP addresses or use other technical services that may hide the user's real Internet connection.

7.11 Intellectual property rights of any content displayed on the Website, including but not limited to articles, pictures, news, materials, website structure, website layout, website design, unless otherwise specified, are entirely owned by f5 Group Ltd or f5 Group Ltd's licensor (if any). The User shall respect the intellectual property rights of f5 Group Ltd and f5 Group Ltd's licensor (if any).

7.12 You hereby represent and warrant that your use of the services provided by f5 Group Ltd will not negatively affect f5 Group Ltd's reputation or cause f5 Group Ltd to assume legal responsibility or other penalties, fines, and sanctions.

7.13 You can shut down your account at any time. But you are still obligated to perform your obligations to any pending transaction. Besides, you will be responsible to us for any costs incurred prior to shutting down.

7.14 You hereby understand that the services provided by f5 Group Ltd are not available to the following (each, a "Restricted Person"):

  • (a) residents of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). f5 Group Ltd does not provide any services to residents of the UAE;

  • (b) residents in the following non-supported countries or regions: Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Belarus, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, China, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kenya, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Panama, Republic of Tanzania, Russian Federation, Senegal, South Sudan, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, Ukraine (including occupied territories such as Crimea), United States of America, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Vietnam, Western Sahara, Yemen, and any other jurisdiction where the services would be prohibited by applicable law;

  • (c) any entities or individuals that are restricted under applicable trade sanctions and export compliance laws; or

  • (d) any entities or individuals that are restricted under f5 Group Ltd's compliance obligations and internal risk control policies.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: f5 Group Ltd does not offer any services to residents of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This restriction applies regardless of nationality or citizenship status.

The above list is not exhaustive. Before using the services provided by f5 Group Ltd, please confirm that you are not a Restricted Person. In the event that you are a Restricted Person and you use the services provided by f5 Group Ltd, all legal risks and liabilities caused by or arising from such usage shall be entirely borne by you, and f5 Group Ltd shall have the right to refuse to provide services to you, and you shall not be entitled to ask f5 Group Ltd to provide any refund.

8. Liability for Breach of Agreement

8.1 For any violation of this Agreement by the User (including but not limited to the User failing to pay the Plan Fee in time, the User's use of the services provided by f5 Group Ltd being illegal in the country/region where the User is located, etc.), f5 Group Ltd shall have the right to immediately suspend or terminate the services provided to the User and take all necessary legal means within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to holding the User liable for the relevant loss suffered by f5 Group Ltd.

8.2 If f5 Group Ltd reasonably suspects that the User uses the services provided by f5 Group Ltd in an illegal, fraudulent, or other improper manner, f5 Group Ltd shall have the right to suspend the provision of the services to the User until the User can provide proof of compliance to f5 Group Ltd's satisfaction. We will not be liable for any losses caused by our termination or the suspension of your account.

9. Disclaimer

9.1 The limitation of f5 Group Ltd's liability for the products provided by f5 Group Ltd is subject to the service agreement of such product. If there is no special agreement, f5 Group Ltd's full responsibility to the User shall not exceed the total fee paid by the User to f5 Group Ltd.

9.2 Based on the particularity of the Internet, f5 Group Ltd does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted and does not guarantee the timeliness and security of the service. f5 Group Ltd shall not be liable for service suspension or termination occurring by reason of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to war (declared or undeclared), terrorist activities, acts of sabotage, blockade, fire, lightning, acts of god, national strikes, riots, insurrections, civil commotions, quarantine restrictions, epidemics, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, explosions and regulatory and administrative actions or delays. In the event of such force majeure, f5 Group Ltd shall take reasonable steps to minimize interruptions and loss but shall have no liability caused by or incidental to such force majeure.

9.3 f5 Group Ltd is not responsible for the failure to save, modify, delete or store the information published by the user.

9.4 Unless expressly agreed in writing by f5 Group Ltd, the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the information obtained from the Website (including but not limited to via, connected or downloaded), including but not limited to advertising, etc. are not guaranteed. f5 Group Ltd is not responsible for any products, services, information or materials purchased or obtained by users due to the content information on this website. The user is solely responsible for the risks associated with the usage of the information on this website.

9.5 All notices sent to users, f5 Group Ltd will be delivered through formal page announcements, station letters, emails, customer service calls, mobile phone text messages or regular mail. f5 Group Ltd does not assume legal responsibility for any activities or information such as winnings or offers that are not obtained through the formal channels of f5 Group Ltd.

9.6 The User hereby understands and agrees: unless it is expressly agreed in writing by f5 Group Ltd in advance, under any circumstances f5 Group Ltd shall not be liable for the following events and the User's losses due to the following events:

  • (a) loss of profits;

  • (b) damage or loss of information/data not caused by f5 Group Ltd's intentional misconduct;

  • (c) product/service discontinuation or withdrawal from the market;

  • (d) implementation or change of laws, regulations and policy factors;

  • (e) that the User is restricted under f5 Group Ltd's compliance obligations and/or internal risk control policies based on the information provided by the User (including but not limited to the Personally Identifiable Information, financial information and digital asset wallet address);

  • (f) loss caused by the User's fault or violation of this Agreement (including but not limited to providing inaccurate information to f5 Group Ltd, leaking password to third parties, etc.); or

  • (g) other events not controlled by f5 Group Ltd.

9.7 You agree and accept that: without duplication of any other rights to recovery or indemnity set forth in this Agreement, you shall indemnify and defend f5 Group Ltd against, and shall hold f5 Group Ltd harmless from, any loss, liability, claim, action, suit, or expense (collectively, "Losses", including reasonable attorney's fee) caused by or resulting from your breach of this Agreement. In no event shall f5 Group Ltd, its affiliates, or any of their respective officers, directors, agents, employees or representatives, be liable to you or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages or damages for loss of profits arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, including the regulations applicable to the Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis (RAK DAO), without regard to conflicts of law principles.

10.2 Conflict Selection

This Agreement is an important legal document between f5 Group Ltd and the user registered as a f5 Group Ltd user, using the f5 Group Ltd service. This Agreement shall prevail if any other written or verbal meaning of f5 Group Ltd, or the user is inconsistent with this Agreement.

10.3 Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and Ras Al Khaimah, without regard to any conflict of law rules or principles that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute arising out of and/or pursuant to the terms of service herein:

  • (a) Where the user is the claimant, the user hereby agrees and acknowledges that as a condition precedent, the user shall notify f5 Group Ltd by way of email to the official contact address, specifying the nature and basis of the claim, the specific relief sought, and the user's account information. f5 Group Ltd will attempt to resolve the dispute internally as soon as possible within a period of 180 days wherein parties hereby agree and acknowledge to negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute (which discussions shall remain confidential and be subject to applicable rules protecting settlement discussions from use as evidence in any legal proceeding). In the event the dispute cannot be resolved satisfactorily within the said period of 180 days, parties shall resolve the dispute by way of arbitration.

  • (b) Where f5 Group Ltd is the claimant, the user hereby agrees and acknowledges that the conditions precedent as set out in section 10.3(a) of the terms herein do not apply to f5 Group Ltd and that such dispute shall be resolved by way of reference to arbitration.

  • (c) The user and f5 Group Ltd agree that, subject to section 10.3(a) above, any dispute, claim, or controversy between the user and f5 Group Ltd arising in connection with or relating in any way to these terms or to the user's relationship with f5 Group Ltd as a user of the Services (whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, and whether the claims arise during or after the termination of these Terms) will be determined by mandatory final and binding individual (not class) arbitration.

10.4 Arbitration

The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the following provisions:

  • (a) The arbitration shall be subject to the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted, as modified by this section.

  • (b) The arbitration will be administered by the DIAC.

  • (c) Unless the parties agree otherwise, there shall be only one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the DIAC Rules.

  • (d) Any arbitration will be conducted in the English language. Regardless of the manner in which the arbitration is conducted, the arbitrator shall issue a reasoned written decision sufficient to explain the essential findings and conclusions on which the decision and award, if any, are based.

  • (e) The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • (f) Judgment on any arbitral award may be given in any court having jurisdiction over the party (or over the assets of the party) against whom such an award is rendered.

  • (g) Any arbitration against f5 Group Ltd must be commenced by filing a request for arbitration within one (1) year after the date the party asserting the claim first knows or reasonably should know of the act, omission or default giving rise to the claim; and there shall be no right to any remedy for any claim not asserted within that time period.

  • (h) The parties agree that the arbitration shall be kept confidential. The existence of the arbitration, any nonpublic information provided in the arbitration, and any submissions, orders or awards made in the arbitration shall not be disclosed to any non-party except the tribunal, the DIAC, the parties, their counsel, experts, witnesses, accountants and auditors, insurers and reinsurers, and any other person necessary to the conduct of the arbitration.

  • (i) The user acknowledges that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services is personal to the user and f5 Group Ltd and that any dispute will be resolved solely through individual arbitration and will not be brought as class arbitration, class action or any other type of representative proceeding.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Waiver: No delay or omission as to the exercise of any right or power accruing upon any default by the User shall impair f5 Group Ltd's exercise of any right or power or shall be construed to be a waiver of any default or acquiescence therein.

11.2 Severability: Should any provision of this Agreement be determined to be illegal or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions of this Agreement.

11.3 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written.

11.4 Assignment: The User may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of f5 Group Ltd. f5 Group Ltd may assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the User's consent.

11.5 Language: This Agreement is prepared in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
